1. Use Permalinks which includes Keywords
This does not mean that you should use spam permalinks which contains 250+ keywords! if your topic is about SEO then use that type of permalink:

2. Make a Website About Only One Thing
Don't make a website which contains everything. Mean if you have a blog and you post everything means sports, natural, etc this is wrong! its time wasting and it confuse your visitors !
3. Use Keywords in Starting not at Bottom
The common mistake every webmaster do is that they put alot of keywords in the bottom (which google don't crawl) so i suggest you to use keywords in starting (Title, First Paragraph etc)
4. Build Quality Backlinks
Everyone knows about Backlinks and i'm sure you already have created alot of backlinks just to get higher rank but what if you have just 10-20 Backlinks and you are on Google's Top 10? Sounds Good?
Well you should only make Backlinks to website who have higher page rank.
5. Avoid Heavy Plugins
Visitors like simple webpages they enters your website just to read the article not to subscribe like share etc just mention once on your article to share or like and don't force visitors to like or share !
Otherwise they will leave your website so simple is better !
I recommend you to use simple theme if you use heavy type of theme then Google will not index your website to Mobile-Friendly sites (Which is important to get Traffic).
6. Use Keywords in Images
If you add some images on your Article then don't forget to add them a Name, Description and Altthis will help them to Rank high on Google Images!
7. Link to other related Websites!
Don't forget to build links to related websites also start link exchange in your website! it will also help you to get good traffic!
8. Update your website Daily
This is the most important part! Update your website daily 5 Posts in a week is must!9. Make sure your website is indexed in Search Engines!
Don't Forget to submit your website to famous search engines like Google,Bing,Yahoo etc and also use webmaster service of search engines.
10. Stop changing your Domain's name
Don't change your domain's name if you do so it will lost all rankings on search engines and you have to start everything again!
11. Write like a human not Robot!
This means that you should write like a human not robot keep your article simple!
12. Don't Copy Others! Write Unique Contents!
According to 2015 SEO Rules Google will not index websites who copy others! so if you want traffic write unique contents!
13. Wait!
